Classes Description

  • Pilates: strengthen the core muscles reduces the risks of spine injuries fix posture.
  • Circuit: is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
  • Barre Class: 1hour high intensitya tone and refine your body as dancers a blend of ballet yoga and cardio training and it improves body and mind concentration and strengthen the core.
  • Refit: is a dance fitness class that will get your heart pumping and your muscles toned like a party than a workout.
  • Fight Do: is the most innovative imaginary fight against one or several opponents combining the best of boxing and martial arts the rhythm of the music and 600 to 800 calories are burned during the workout.
  • Factor F: this functional training mimics the actual physical movements that are used in everyday life offering your customers fast results in terms of fitness, fat burning and muscle toning.
  • X55: a workout with very simple moves to firm the legs while increasing your heart rate and making you sweat. Weight are also included to sculpt and define your arms.
  • Ashtanga Yoga: is an ancient system of yoga that helps breathing and moving together while performing and makes the blood circulates freely around all joints.
  • Lamba Aerobica: is a Brazilian fitness dance a new fun way to work out while dancing which brings aerobics cardio and dance with fun steps very easy to follow.
