Rules and Regulations

  • Rewards will expire after 6 months.
  • Rewards do not need to be used by the card holder.
  • To benefit from the Friends of HUG Loyalty Club members must book directly with HUG (by email, phone, or walk-in), and benefits can only be used while the member is staying at the hotel.
  • One Point is equal to one night stayed at HUG (not one night booked).
  • Membership benefits only apply when the specified number of points is reached. Meaning that any change in membership level that may occur during a booking only affects the booking after the change.
  • Accumulated points are calculated for the most recent 365-day period. Any points older than 365 days will be dropped from the members account, and the member will be notified if this will affect his/her membership level.
  • Members agree to receive information about membership benefits and special promotions for members.
